Goway launches Samoa campaign featuring new packages and webinar

TORONTO — Goway Travel has teamed up with Samoa Tourism to promote the destination and all its charms.

Located east of Fiji, the island is often overshadowed by its South Pacific neighbours despite being just as alluring. What this new campaign will aim to do is put Samoa top of mind among both travellers and travel agents.

“Our goal is to increase awareness of Samoa as a wonderful travel destination and grow the number of passengers for travellers, as well as offering online webinars for our valued agent partners,” says Richelle Emefe, Goway Idyllic Islands General Manager.

As part of the campaign, Goway has created vacation packages to suit a variety of travellers, including the 10-day ‘Romantic Samoa’, currently on sale with a savings of $400 per person. The package, priced from Vancouver at $3,149 per person, includes roundtrip airfare to Apia, Samoa on Fiji Airways, seven nights at the four-star Sinalei Resort, transfers and breakfast.

In addition, Goway is hosting a Samoa webinar on Feb. 13 that highlights the destinations hotels, attractions, activities and more. Go to https://register.gotowebinar.com/register/6652740643826107660 to register.

“We have a dedicated Islands department at Goway who specialize in selling idyllic island vacations,” adds Emefe. “Goway’s agents are well versed on Samoa and will be able to provide agents with everything they need to book their clients’ trip to this lesser-known South Pacific treasure.”

Fiji Airways offers daily service from the U.S. West Coast to Samoa via Fiji, with flights departing in the evening, allowing for easy connections from across North America. Travellers can also get to Samoa through Hawaii, which makes an ideal stopover en route.
