G Adventures partners with ProColombia, offers 15% off all Colombia tours

TORONTO — G Adventures, in cooperation with ProColombia, Colombia’s official government agency promoting exports, investment and tourism, is offering savings on its collection of Colombia tours.

Through to July 31, 2015, travellers will receive 15% off all Colombia trips offered by the company, for travel by Dec. 31, 2015. To take advantage of the promotion, guests must use promo code 15TB015COL01.

G Adventures’ Colombia program experienced a 678% year-over-year growth between January and July. In response to the demand, the operator increased its Colombia tours by 475% this year with nine new trips.

“Whether you’re looking for an Active adventure such as the Lost City Trek, a Classic trip like the Colombia Express or a tour that combines immersive small-group travel experiences with a little more comfort such as the Colombia Experience, we’ve got you covered,” says Aizaz Sheikh, Canadian marketing manager, G Adventures. “For 2015 we have more options for duration, style, service level and activity level. Our tour options include cultural highlights, big cities, rural villages, northern indigenous culture, Caribbean landscapes and the opening of the trekking route to the Lost City.

New itineraries include:

  • Caribbean Colombia Express – An eight-day trip hiking through lush jungle with an indigenous guide, meeting the locals and learning about coffee in Minca, indulging in fresh seafood and Colombian specialties and relaxing to the Caribbean rhythms on the coast is priced from $1,499pp for year-round departures.
