Explora Journeys rolls out new digital tools for travel advisors

GENEVA — Explora Journeys, the luxury ocean travel brand of the MSC Group, has launched a suite of new digital tools aimed at supporting and empowering its global network of travel advisors.

As part of the rollout, advisors now have complimentary access to a range of digital marketing resources designed to help promote and sell Explora Journeys’ upscale product in a way that aligns with its refined brand identity.

In collaboration with Rallio, a social media management platform, the new tools allow advisors to schedule and share brand-approved content across their social media channels. Features include advance post planning, performance tracking and consistent visual branding –streamlining client engagement and boosting conversion potential.

The new platform is now available to travel advisors in Canada, the US, the UK, Ireland, Australia and Germany, with further markets expected to follow in the coming months.

These new tools are part of a wider suite of resources available through the Explora Journeys Travel Advisor Centre, a dedicated platform offering training, support and marketing materials tailored for the luxury travel sector.
