VANCOUVER — Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours and Emerald Cruises, both part of the Scenic Group portfolio, are launching a series of exclusive small-group events across Canada this August and September, with additional sessions planned for the fall.
Designed specifically for Canadian travellers and travel advisors, the Ocean Travel Lounge events offer an immersive introduction to Scenic and Emerald Cruises’ ocean experiences, from expedition voyages to sun-soaked yachting destinations.
Taking place in select provinces, these sessions will provide detailed insights into the brands’ itineraries for 2025 and beyond, including polar explorations, cultural discovery cruises and tropical getaways in the Mediterranean, Caribbean and Seychelles.
The events will feature a relaxed and informative setting and will be hosted by Scenic Group’s newly appointed Ocean Yacht Cruising Specialist, Tracy Daniels, who brings 20 years of experience in the travel and hospitality industry, including over five years with Scenic Group Canada. Previously a Business Development Manager, she supported strategic accounts across Ontario and contributed significantly to the development of Scenic’s growing ocean cruise portfolio.
Each Emerald Lounge session will include a one-hour presentation hosted by Daniels, who will share her firsthand knowledge and expertise. Guests will also learn about new 2025 and 2026 itineraries as well as Emerald Cruises’ Best Available and Flexi Fare options. Exclusive day-of booking incentives will be available for attendees.
The Scenic Cruises Travel Lounge sessions offer a similar experience, with opportunities to meet Scenic experts, preview upcoming 2025 to 2028 voyages and delve into the world of ultra-luxury cruising. Attendees will also receive a special bonus offer and learn more about Scenic’s current offers and promotions.
Canadian travel advisors are encouraged to attend these hour-long events, but must be accompanied by a client. Each session will include light refreshments and a welcoming, small-group setting, limited to 24 guests per lounge.
