TORONTO — Skal International Toronto’s 69th annual golf tournament is set for August 20 at Royal Woodbine Golf Club, located near Pearson Airport.

Once again organizers will be donating a portion of all funds raised to Skal International Toronto’s charity of choice: The Daily Bread Food Bank.

The golf tournament brings together leaders in the tourism, travel and hospitality sectors, along with friends, family and Skalleagues from across the region.

“Whether you’re a seasoned golfer, a beginner, part of the travel industry or not, we welcome all skill levels and all businesses and individuals to participate in this exciting event or to join us for lunch,” says Skal.

“We encourage everyone to register for golf (special rates for a foursome with or without golf), sponsor a hole, attend lunch, secure a premium sponsorship package, to maximize brand exposure, and to donate towards our silent and live auctions.”

Sponsorships are available, plus Skal is currently sourcing donations for the silent and live auctions, and raffle draws – trip prizes, hotel stays, airline tickets, short cruises, car rentals, travel vouchers, gift cards, merchandise and the like.
