Lauderdale Loyalist training platform supports agents with interactive tools

Visit Lauderdale’s Lauderdale Loyalist program, developed in partnership with TravPRO Mobile, continues to offer travel advisors an interactive mLearning training and sales platform that blends destination education with ongoing sales tools.

Available online, the program provides a resource that advisors can use well beyond course completion.

The learning journey begins with a series of interactive modules exploring Greater Fort Lauderdale’s beaches, communities, and signature themes such as nature, arts and culture, LGBT+ travel and the region’s hallmark spirit of inclusivity shaped by its diverse population. After completing the modules, advisors move to the Retain section, where all content remains accessible anytime for quick reference.

Offering a multi-modal experience, Lauderdale Loyalist features videos, images, promotional highlights, insider tips and interactive questions covering the destination’s range of accommodations and activities. Advisors also have access to an extensive destination directory with more than 500 suppliers, complete with search and filter functions to help match clients with the right partners. All assets are designed to be educational, engaging and instantly shareable or downloadable with one tap.

The program aligns with Visit Lauderdale’s current priorities in the global travel trade market, which include enhancing pre and post cruise offerings, expanding luxury experiences such as premium resorts and spas, yacht charters, sports and entertainment and curated culinary programs. These efforts are further supported by Greater Fort Lauderdale’s recent inclusion in Florida’s MICHELIN Guide and the addition of several local restaurants to the list.
