Jamaica launches ‘Meet-Me-In-MoBay’ FAMs for Canadian advisors

TORONTO — The Jamaica Tourist Board is officially back to business and rolling out the welcome mat for Canadian travellers, alongside a new push to re-engage the travel trade.

As part of its renewed focus on the Canadian market, the JTB has launched a series of four-night FAM trips exclusively for Canadian travel advisors under the banner “Meet-Me-in-MoBay – Back to Business.” The initiative is designed to give advisors a firsthand look at the island’s tourism product while reinforcing that Jamaica is open, safe and ready to host Canadian clients.

There is no fee to participate in the FAMs.

The four FAM trips operate under a flexible “Meet Me in MoBay” format, allowing advisors to arrange and book their own airfare from their preferred Canadian gateway into Montego Bay. This structure provides added flexibility and control over flight choices and departure cities.

The dates for the FAMs are:

  • FAM #1: March 3–7 2026
  • FAM #2: March 10–14 ,2026 (G)
  • FAM #3: March 10–14, 2026 (D)
  • FAM #4: March 17–21, 2026

Once on the island, the JTB will cover all land arrangements, including single room accommodation, airport meet and greet and return transportation, site inspections, and all meals, sightseeing and excursions as per the itinerary. The first two nights of each FAM will be at Princess Senses The Mangrove Resorts (except FAM #3).

The deadline to apply is Feb. 20, 2026. To apply, visit www.visitjamaica.com/canada/fam.
