TORONTO — Swan Hellenic has introduced a new Group Travel Program designed to provide added value for both travel advisors and their clients.
The program, now available for all 2025 to 2027 voyages, offers additional commission of 2% to 4% for advisors while giving clients a seamless, all-inclusive group experience.
The program accommodates groups starting from just eight guests and includes protected pricing, flexible amenity options, and complete packages with no hidden costs. All meals, most beverages, gratuities, Wi-Fi and excursions are included, and many sailings offer group return transfers and pre-cruise hotel rooms. Advisors can also customise perks for clients, from special dinners and cocktail receptions to curated private group excursions.
“Our new Group Travel Program is designed to be simple, flexible and rewarding for travel advisors, while delivering the extraordinary experiences and enhancing the value for which Swan Hellenic is famous,” said Carlos Garzon, V.P. of Global Sales. “This is about giving our partners the tools they need to create something truly memorable for their clients.”
The program is suitable for a wide range of group travel, including special celebrations such as honeymoons, anniversaries, birthdays and family reunions, as well as affinity groups, cultural societies, alumni associations, corporate incentives, photography or birdwatching clubs, culinary travel groups and faith-based gatherings. With ships accommodating just 152 or 192 guests, the voyages guarantee an intimate and private experience.
Travel advisors benefit from no initial deposit to hold group space, a reduced tour conductor threshold, protected pricing across all channels and full support from Swan Hellenic’s Business Development Managers, including sales tools, marketing co-op funds and guidance.
Clients enjoy the company’s signature inclusions, such as elegant staterooms, fine dining, expert-led excursions and onboard lectures, as well as inclusive gratuities and port taxes. The flexibility of the program allows advisors to tailor the experience while safeguarding their client relationships and earnings.
