VANCOUVER — Scenic Group has launched Scenic & Emerald Rewards, a global loyalty program that brings together its former Scenic Club and EmeraldEXPLORER programs under one unified platform.
The integrated program recognizes guest loyalty across the company’s portfolio of luxury ocean, river and yacht cruises as well as escorted land journeys. The new structure is designed to streamline how members earn and redeem benefits while expanding recognition across brands.
Developed following extensive feedback from both guests and travel advisors, Scenic & Emerald Rewards consolidates status points from the two previous programs into a single account. Members now have one streamlined balance that applies across all Scenic and Emerald Cruises experiences.

HOW IT WORKS
The new program introduces a simplified four-tier structure: Gold, Diamond, Emerald and Chairman’s Club. Thresholds have been realigned and benefits enhanced, with the goal of delivering more meaningful recognition as members progress through the tiers.
Membership remains complimentary for all guests returning from their first journey. All existing Scenic Club and EmeraldEXPLORER members have been automatically transitioned into the new program. Where tiers were merged, members were moved to the equivalent or higher tier, with status points adjusted upward to preserve or enhance benefits.
FEATURES & BENEFITS
A key addition to the new program is the MyRewards feature. Members earn 1% of the eligible value of new bookings as a monetary amount. This can be redeemed toward future Scenic and Emerald cruises or land journeys, offering a tangible savings component alongside traditional loyalty perks.
Benefits under Scenic & Emerald Rewards include access to pre-release itineraries, invitations to exclusive events, private transfers or airport hotel stays on eligible journeys, complimentary accommodation on longer trips, priority onboard services and other privileges, with specific inclusions varying by tier.
