VANCOUVER — Scenic Group has re-launched an enhanced loyalty program to reward its Canadian based trade partners for every ocean, river and land journey bookings made across the Scenic Group portfolio of brands.
This includes Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours and Emerald Cruises.
Members are automatically assigned a reward number in their booking profile and can sign in via the new Scenic Group OKTA Dashboard and start redeeming.
Members will receive any points remaining from their pre-COVID balance, as well as points for all eligible bookings made from January 2021 up to the program’s launch in July 2025.
Participants can automatically earn points on all Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours and Emerald Cruises itineraries, plus earn 25% of points value at time of deposit and balance once guests depart.
Since its pause in January 2021, the program has seen strong interest from travel advisors, says Scenic.
Users already utilizing the new Scenic Group Dashboard, but not currently logged in can click here to access the Scenic Group Rewards tile and complete the enrollment process.
A new Scenic Group Rewards Member ID will be automatically assigned and can be found under the ExpressBook Agency Management tile.

For all other enquiries, members can fill out the ‘contact us’ form at the bottom of the FAQ page and a team member from the Scenic Group Rewards help desk will respond.
The Scenic Group Rewards program is only applicable for Canada based trade partners, on Canadian dollar bookings only.
