Holland America expands French-language sales support in Eastern Canada

SEATTLE — Holland America Line is expanding its sales presence in Eastern Canada to enhance support for French-speaking travel advisors, with the addition of Business Development Representative Marguerite Karpinski.

As a French-speaking sales team member, Karpinski will work alongside Aaron Crawford, business development manager for Eastern Canada, to support agency partners and drive growth across the region.

“Our French-speaking Canadian travel advisor community is incredibly important to us, and this addition reflects our long-term commitment to listening and responding to their needs,” said Rob Coleman, Holland America Line’s senior vice president of sales. “By working as a team, Marguerite and Aaron are ensuring advisors have access to the right support with a clear understanding of their business goals. This is about strengthening partnerships and providing meaningful, hands-on resources that help our advisors succeed.”

In addition to her focus on Quebec, Karpinski will also provide support to Holland America Line business development managers covering the U.S. east coast. Her responsibilities include assisting travel professionals with sales and marketing tools, supporting booking operations, delivering virtual product training and ensuring consistent communication and collaboration across the region.

Karpinski and Crawford are supported by field sales directors Lucy Owen and Megan Ziegler.

Travel advisors can connect with their business development manager and the broader sales team through OneSourceCruises.com or by emailing sales@hollandamerica.com. For more information, call 1-800-426-0327.
