HAMILTON — BermudAir’s two new Business Development Director appointments reinforce the airline’s commitment to the travel trade.
Nicole Conrad is now overseeing the Canadian market, supporting route developments such as the upcoming launch of Montreal-Bermuda on June 12 with twice weekly service, and also increased Halifax frequencies, while continuing to strengthen the already established Toronto service.
Conrad is also leading business development efforts across BermudAir’s corporate, TMC and MICE segments. Most recently she was Director of Conferences and Events at Bermuda Business Development Agency.
Ryan Lettow
Meanwhile Ryan Lettow has taken on responsibility for driving BermudAir’s leisure channels, focusing on OTAs, tour operators as well as host and consortia agency partnerships.
Lettow was most recently at Expedia, Flight Centre, and Apple Leisure Group
BermudAir has been live in Sabre since February, a move the airline notes expanded its visibility to trade partners and simplified the booking process. Non-contracted commissions are 4% on economy and 8% on business class.

The appointments come as BermudAir announces the delivery of its third aircraft, with a fourth on the way next month.
BermudAir is also thanking its travel advisor partners with special US$50 agent rates, in celebration of Travel Advisor Appreciation Month. The rates are roundtrip plus applicable taxes and fees, and are available for bookings and travel now through June 30 across any of BermudAir’s 13 routes connecting Bermuda with key cities in Canada and the U.S.
