Agents earn HBC gift cards when booking Insight’s Canada tours

TORONTO — Insight Vacations is prolonging Canada Day festivities by highlighting Canada as its featured destination in July.

As part of its ‘Destination Spotlight’ campaign, the tour operator is encouraging Canadians to continue celebrating Canada for the remainder of the year-long 150 jubilee. There are five Premium Journeys featuring Canadian destinations, all of which are highlighted in the recently launched 2018 USA & Canada program.

Plus, to further shine the spotlight on Canada, the company is offering agents who book any Insight Vacations journeys that feature Canada a $100 gift card from HBC, an iconic Canadian institution and North America’s oldest corporation. This offer is valid until July 31. Clients will also receive $150 off per person on their Insight Vacations journey through Canada.

“From a geographical and cultural point of view, we are extremely fortunate to live in such an incredibly diverse country and stunning landscapes with many of our national parks that are bigger than countries,” said Brad Ford, president of Insight Vacations Canada. “With our enticing offer for our loyal agent partners and their clients, we encourage Canadians to explore our great land from coast to coast to coast with our outstanding Signature Experiences!”

Clients can book the 12-day ‘Landscapes of the Canadian Maritimes’ itinerary, which starts in Nova Scotia and visits Charlottetown and Shediac Bay, New Brunswick. Highlights include the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Lunenburg to experience once of the best surviving examples of a planned British Colonial settlement, a visit to the Millbrook Cultural and Heritage Center to learn about Mli’kmaq heritage and Glooscap legends, and a fisherman’s lobster feast and cruise in Shediac Bay.
