AccorHotels acquires onefinestay for US$169m

PARIS — AccorHotels has acquired luxury serviced home rental pioneer onefinestay for US$169 million.

Launched in 2010 in London, onefinestay operates a portfolio of 2,600 properties under exclusive management with worldwide locations including London, New York, Paris, L.A. and Rome. Leisure and business travellers stay in handpicked distinctive private homes with bespoke service, from a personal welcome on arrival to a team on call 24/7.

AccorHotels says it will support a new development phase of onefinestay, accelerating its expansion across new key urban markets. The strategy is to bring onefinestay to 40 new cities around the world over the next five years, growing revenues tenfold.
