Customer Services Manager – Business Travel
CWT Harvey’s Travel is actively seeking an experienced Customer Services Manager, Business Travel to join our team and play a pivotal role in fostering long-term partnerships, optimizing travel programs and ensuring excellence in customer satisfaction. The Candidate:
- Is passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering outstanding service.
- Will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, enhancing travel program effectiveness and overall client value.
- Brings strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrates the ability to navigate an ever-changing industry as a critical thinker and problem solver.
- Identifies opportunities for program improvement and provides actionable insights
- Supports contract retention strategies through intelligence gathering and relationship mapping.
- Assists with new business negotiations, onboarding and implementation of new accounts, including communication and change-management plans.
- Strong focus on relationship building, project management and strategic direction.
- Is a supportive team player who works collaboratively across departments.
- Travel industry experience (3-5 years) is preferred; experience managing accounts in other industries is also considered an asset.
