Chihuly Collection
The CHIHULY COLLECTION presented by the Morean Arts Center is a stunning, permanent collection of world-renowned artist Dale Chihuly’s unique glass artwork in a magnificent 10,000 square foot setting designed by award-winning architect Albert Alfonso. The Collection is now located across from the Morean Arts Center and Glass Studio in the heart of St. Pete.
The James Museum of Western + Wildlife Art
The Tom and Mary James Museum of Western & Wildlife Art has its roots in Tom and Mary James’ undivided love for both culture and the city of St. Pete, which has been their home. Tom began collecting art while a student. When their travels took them west, they both became captivated by the art, landscape and wildlife of the West.
FloridaRAMA
FloridaRAMA is an arts and entertainment destination with an immersive art experience, rental venue, gallery space and cafe located in St. Pete’s Warehouse Arts District. The destination is designed for all ages and interests and invites everyone to explore the intersection of creativity, technology and culture. Inside FloridaRAMA, guests can find an immersive art experience created in collaboration with more than 75 mostly local artists, boasting a captivating world of playful exhibits which celebrate original Florida stories. Outside of the experience, guests are invited to partake in a robust calendar of events, enjoy the bar and cafe, explore the art gallery and take in the cultural campus.
Imagine Museum
Imagine Museum features a spectacular collection of contemporary glass art from around the world. The artworks, which showcase the evolution of the studio glass art movement, are created by artists who have turned it into contemporary masterpieces of color, motion and light. Located in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg’s dynamic arts and cultural life, the world-class glass art collection will leave you breathless.
Museum of Fine Arts
As Florida’s only encyclopedic art museum, the Museum of Fine Arts, on the bay in downtown St. Petersburg, explores human expression across all time periods and cultures. No matter where you’re from, you can find yourself here. The collection spans 5,000 years and more than 20,000 works, with works by artists such as Claude Monet, Georgia O’Keeffe and Kehinde Wiley, and the finest photography collection in the Southeast.
Museum of American Arts & Crafts Movement
Opened in September 2021, the Museum of the American Arts and Crafts Movement adds to St. Petersburg’s flourishing art scene. Located in the beautiful downtown waterfront arts district, MAACM is the only museum in the world dedicated exclusively to the historic American Arts and Crafts movement. Founded by local philanthropist and collector Rudy Ciccarello, MAACM features stunning architecture and incredible works of art. The Arts & Craft Movement spread across America from approximately 1890-1930, and included furniture, pottery, tiles, lighting, textiles, photography, fine arts, woodblocks, metalwork and more. On view are works by Gustav Stickley, Charles Rohlfs, Frank Lloyd Wright, the Roycrofters, William Grueby, Newcomb Pottery, Margaret Patterson, Greene and Greene, Louis Sullivan, and many other gifted craftsmen and women. A Children’s Gallery with child sized furniture, illlustrations and other decorative objects will charm young and old.
Leepa-Rattner Museum of Art
The Leepa-Rattner Museum of Art, located on the Tarpon Springs Campus of St. Petersburg College, is a vibrant hub where art, history, and education intersect. Since opening in 2002, this modern museum has showcased over 6,000 works of 20th and 21st-century art. It offers diverse educational programs and engaging exhibitions year-round, enriching the cultural landscape of Pinellas County and serving both students and the broader community.
