TDC welcomes Stuart Morcombe as new Business Development and Network Support Manager

MONTREAL — Transat Distribution Canada (TDC) has announced Stuart Morcombe as its new Manager, Business Development and Network Support.

Morcombe, who stepped into the role on Nov. 24, 2025, will oversee the organization, planning and growth of TDC’s franchisee and affiliate business across Canada (excluding Quebec). He will focus on contract management and member engagement and will also play a key role in helping members maximize preferred partner sales and agency profitability.

Morcombe brings over 20 years of leadership experience in the Canadian travel and customer experience sectors, with a strong background in sales, marketing and strategic growth. He’s held previous senior roles with T.Comm/Advantage (later Thomas Cook now part of TDC), Vasco and Gamma Travel and Xperigo, where he specialized in account management, contract negotiation and marketing. He also served as past president of Skâl Toronto.

Dianne Jackson, director of franchise and affiliate members at TDC, said the company is thrilled to have Morcombe join the team. “His deep understanding of consortia and network member needs, combined with his marketing expertise, will help our members strengthen their local presence. Stuart’s ability to connect quickly with people and his knowledge of social marketing will be invaluable in supporting our network’s growth and innovation.”

Morcombe added:” Starting my career at T.Com/Advantage, which later became part of TDC, makes this feel like coming full circle. I’m excited to contribute to the success of our members by bringing innovative and collaborative solutions to the table. I am eager to start meeting them and hearing the challenges they are facing and, more importantly, how TDC can best support them.
