“Enthusiasm & buzz”: Travel Leaders Network’s Fall Regionals a big success

TORONTO — More than 1,700 members participated in Travel Leaders Network’s signature events this year, marking the most successful outreach efforts in the network’s history.

Travel Leaders Network recently wrapped up its 2025 Fall Regionals after bringing together over 650 members and preferred partners in Vancouver, Edmonton and Toronto. TLN also hosted Canadian Mixers in Eastern and Western Canada.

Travel Leaders Network VP Christine James said this year’s regional events gave members the opportunity to leverage the network’s tools and training, to help grow their business. The events were designed to facilitate networking opportunities, supplier partner panel discussions and successful and rewarding trade shows.

“Never have I seen such enthusiasm and buzz than at our Canadian Fall Regional Conferences this year,” said James. “Member demand was strong and both members and preferred partners were so engaged. The events provided excellent opportunities for both our owner/managers and frontline advisors to connect in-person with peers, to educate themselves about our top-notch agency enhancing programs and to learn how to tailor them to their own business needs. Each city offered a remarkable day of innovation, learning and networking that has helped agencies get the most out of their valuable Travel Leaders Network membership while having fun.”

The 2025 series also introduced a new feature: ‘Ready, Set, Play and Learn’, an interactive experience that goes beyond presentations. The session started with an engaging experience followed by quick sponsor snapshots and featured on the spot giveaways: “the perfect blend of education and entertainment!”

Lindsay Pearlman, President, Travel Leaders Network, noted that these sessions, along with fireside chats with key sponsors addressing member-submitted questions, “supports collaboration and shared experiences.”

Pearlman added: “As we head into the end of the year, our advisors are focused on finishing strong, and these sessions gave them practical ideas and renewed energy to do exactly that.”

TLN’s 2026 series of Regional events, ‘Ignite Canada’, will have a brand new format including expanded two-day events in each city, with dates and locations to be announced soon.

Major sponsors of the Fall Regionals include Globus family of brands, AmaWaterways, Sandals & Beaches Resorts, and Manulife. The team says the change is driven by member demand for more in-depth programming and robust training at Canada specific events.

This year Travel Leaders Network has seen significant membership growth, welcoming new agencies ranging from small businesses to large enterprise groups. Meanwhile members continue to benefit from the network’s suite of programs, including the SNAP online booking tool, Cruise Complete, Distinctive Voyages, Agent Profiler and Engagement Marketing, as well as high-touch support from TLN’s expert team and partner community.
