Exclusive Tours launches new cruise program – Cuba Cruise

Exclusive Tours launches new cruise program – Cuba CruiseTORONTO — Exclusive Tours, long recognized in the travel industry for offering new and unique small ship cruise products, will be selling Cuba Cruise.

“Cuba might be in the top three or four destinations visited by Canadians, but there are many travellers who have not fully experienced Cuba due to the current offerings of all-inclusive resort packages,” said Michael Geske, Managing Director of Exclusive Tours. Geske adds “even if one has been to Cuba, this cruise visits more of the country than any other single tour can as the cruise completely circumnavigates the island.”

The Cuba Cruise program tried to launch a year ago, but did not get enough international tour operators on board so that they could realize that early booking market. Today, the current partnership between the founders and the ship owners, along with the early booking pattern of Europeans means that the cruises should operate as scheduled.

“The only disadvantage to our later booking Canadian market is that all of the balcony staterooms will most likely be sold out,” said Geske.

Exclusive Tours has been connected with Cuba Cruise since the very beginning and has strong ties to Louis Cruises, and Exclusive Tours plan to offer unique Mediterranean cruises with Louis Cruises later this year.

Cuba Cruise sailings are week-long in and out of Havana; or a seven-night cruise in/out of Montego Bay. As there are limited flights that work in conjunction with the cruise times, Exclusive Tours has a range of possible pre- or post-cruise options.

Together with first-hand knowledge of the vessel, the destination and reputation for helping agents, Exclusive Tours looks forward to working on this new cruise program.
