Consortium recruitment drives are in high gear; TL Network Canada adds 24 agencies

TORONTO — TL Network Canada has increased its Canadian membership with the addition of two dozen new member agencies.

TL Network’s Vice President Christine James, who oversees the organization’s operations in Canada, says she attributes the success to a “target-centric approach” and new training enhancements and tools. TL Network is comprised of more than one-third of North America’s leading travel agencies and is now the largest seller of luxury travel, cruises, river cruises and tours in the travel agency industry.

“We create unique value propositions for every Member agency and continually demonstrate how TL Network’s enhanced commissions can positively impact their revenue,” said James. “By continually providing our Members with newly enhanced products and tools, as well as ongoing enhancements to existing technology solutions, we are able to help them positively impact their bottom line.

James says TL Network’s Agent Profiler is one of the most sought-after offerings by new members. “Its technological capabilities allow consumers to find agents based on their areas of expertise, blog posts and imagery, along with client ratings and reviews of their services.”

New Member agencies joining TL Network Canada this year include: Canadian Grand Holidays; Custom Travel Solutions; Dash Travel; Europa Travel Ltd; Fairytale Dreams and Destinations; Fascinating Adventures International Inc.; Faremantra Travel; Goel Travel and Tours Inc.; Long Long Vacation Ltd; South Beach Travel; Special Travel International; TAJ Tours & Travel Inc.; The Travel Broker; The Travel Specialist; Travel 4-U; Travel Boss; Travelpack; Travel Wizards; TUT Travel Inc.; and Vacation World Travel.

Sharon Hunter, CEO of Mississauga’s Dream Hunter Vacations in Bolton, ON, said she joined TL Network Canada because her agency recognized the need to align themselves with a large agency organization and benefit from its preferred suppliers. “From the very start, we felt like we were part of an incredible team. The transition over to TL Network Canada was handled incredibly well, and just added to our overall satisfaction with our decision to join. Every interaction with someone from the TL Network team has been a positive experience. Additionally, the amazing technology tools and programs offer for higher profitability, along with incredible educational learning programs.”

Vacation World Travel President Alan Marritt says his only regret “is not joining sooner”.

“We have seen excellent value and multiple benefits since becoming a part of the TL Network Canada organization,” Marritt added. “I’ve felt nothing but encouragement and sincere support. The multiple resources made available to us have helped our business grow by leaps and bounds.”

TL Network Canada was part of the Jan. 1, 2017 Travel Leaders Network amalgamation that saw Vacation.com Canada agencies transitioning to TL Network Canada.
