Redtag.ca ramps up tech capabilities with new Adobe partnership

TORONTO – Redtag.ca has teamed up with computer software giant Adobe to enhance its overall customer service.

Redtag.ca, which according to Chief Digital Officer Roberto Gennaro has been supported by Adobe throughout its history, will now be able to focus on everything from analytics to artificial intelligence (AI) as a result of this joint venture. “Our incorporation of Adobe Analytics into our digital strategies has allowed us to improve our customer experience and differentiate ourselves from other travel brands,” he said.

Most recently, redtag.ca incorporated AI technology, through Adobe Sensei, to better understand patterns in its customer demographic ad behavioural and conversion data, in addition to detecting anomalies on its website.

“With machine learning through Adobe Sensei, we can see beyond basic activities, monitor multiple channels and audience segments, reveal actionable insights buried in data, and act instantly to help ensure we’re delivering the best experiences possible,” Gennaro added.

Adobe Sensei also helps redtag.ca engineers discover issues with booking paths or slowdown of web pages, says the company, which helps the company ensure clients get the best deals.

Moreover, the partnership between the two companies has advanced the agency’s customize email offerings. By using customer data, redtag.ca says it has been able to refine the deals it offers customers, making them more relevant to their preferences.
