TORONTO — Air Canada Vacations has appointed Francine Allen as Brand Manager, Sandals and Beaches Resorts, effective immediately. Allen has more than 12 years of experience working with Sandals Resorts and Unique Vacations in varying capacities, including marketing, sales and hotel operations.
