NexusTours rolls out free WiFi across its fleet

TORONTO — NexusTours is now offering free WiFi during airport transfers or to and from excursions while on board one of NexusTours’ vehicles.

NexusTours, the official destination management company for Sunwing and Signature Vacations, operates in Cancun, Riviera Maya, Los Cabos and Puerto Vallarta as well as Jamaica, the D.R., Panama and Costa Rica.

“Smartphones are now the go-to method when sharing your experiences while travelling,” said Ruben Gutierrez, Managing Director, NexusTours. “We know that WiFi will be useful, whether it’s an executive checking their email, couples sending messages to family or friends sharing photos and videos after an exhilarating experience.”

The process of adding on board WiFi capability will roll out in phases. To start WiFi will be included on transfers operated by dedicated NexusTours vehicles in Cancun and Riviera Maya. Access will be added to the NexusTours branded fleet in the D.R. and Jamaica during the first quarter of 2016 followed by more destinations including Panama, Costa Rica, Los Cabos and Puerto Vallarta in the near future. The new service will also make it easier for customers to download the NexusTours’ Connect2Nexus app to access exclusive promotions and browse and book excursions.
