Catering to the 77 million grandparents across Canada and the U.S., the ‘Grandparents Stay Free’ promo includes a free stay and complimentary Gourmet Inclusive Experience for grandmothers and grandfathers travelling with their families this year.
When guests book a two-bedroom suite with Grandparents Stay Free, they earn an additional complimentary one-bedroom suite – the largest suites in the destination at 1,200 square feet, all of which are oceanfront with unlimited butler service and swim up infinity suites from the first to fourth floors. The promotion is valid for new bookings only and recipients must be over 55 years old to qualify. It is valid year round for bookings, and offers an average savings of over US$4,000 for families travelling on a four-night stay.

Generations Riviera Maya, by Karisma is a 150-suite hotel with one-, two- and three-bedroom suites, many of which include private swim-up and upper terrace infinity pools. The resort offers online advance selection to ensure that guests’ personal dining preferences are immediately available upon arrival, as well as butler service who can arrange luggage unpacking services and a complimentary steam of five pieces of clothing. Personal and beach butlers can book dinner reservations and spa treatments, serve family-style meals in-suite, and deliver lunch, sunscreen and reading materials to the pool or beachside.
For children, Eko Kids Club features supervised activities for kids aged four to 12 years and includes a movie area, craft station, library, gaming consoles, Kids Eko Kitchen and more. Little Eko Chefs, a class offered every weekday at the Kids Eko Kitchen, presents families with fun facts, interactive techniques and easy to replicate recipes. For infants and toddlers, Baby Beach Lounges provide shade from the sun.
As part of the Gourmet Inclusive experience, guests can experience any of its four beachfront restaurants and two lounges, including shared fare at Chef Market, traditional Mexican “street” style cuisine and tableside games at Palms Gourmet Terrace.
