Avoya Travel says its new Avoya Agency Dashboard gives Independent Agencies in the Avoya Travel Network insights into their agencies’ performance that were never available before.

The actionable, transparent metrics allow travel professionals to make the best data-based business decisions, apply effective strategies that lead to increasing bookings and incomes, and ultimately provide even better vacation planning experiences for customers, says the host agency.

Built in-house by Avoya from the ground up, Avoya’s Agency Dashboard “strategically leverages robust performance data to enhance Independent Agency support in the rapidly growing Avoya Network.”

By automating complex reports, data is brought into a single interface – the Dashboard – that is integrated into Agent Power, Avoya’s operating system.

Through the Agency Dashboard, Independent Agencies now have direct, daily access to better and more easy-to-understand metrics that are crucial to running a successful business, growing sales, and servicing clients, says the company.

“Like a dashboard in a car or airplane that provides crucial information as to where you are, where you’re going, how fast or slowly, and the condition of your engine, Avoya Travel’s innovative Agency Dashboard does the same for Independent Agencies in the Avoya Travel Network and their success as business owners,” says Jeff Anderson, Executive Vice President, Avoya Travel.

Avoya’s Agency Dashboard includes reports and charts in one place that give Independent Agency owners deeper visibility into their agency’s performance, all in one place. It also gives individual agent performance metrics, allowing Independent Agency owners to more efficiently track the success of their own agents as well as overall business.

Anderson says Avoya’s Agency Dashboard is fully responsive and reactive so it responds to user input with immediate feedback without page reloads or pauses. He adds that the new system is a prototype for the company’s new front-end technology moving forward and is already being integrated on Avoya’s consumer website.

The Agency Dashboard is part of the company’s Avoya 2025 plan, aiming to establish Avoya as the number one vacation platform that supports Independent Agencies, supplier partners and clients.
