Position Details

What you will do:

  • Provide support to ensure efficient operation throughout the travel product department
  • Organize supplier updates, training materials and general information to optimize front line sales and efficiency
  • Proactively create, maintain, and regularly update travel product related information, tools and resources
  • Review and channel the communication of supplier updates, partner information and other travel product related material across CCG’s internal communications platforms
  • Support the successful development and execution of CCG’s online and in-person consumer sales events and supplier events
  • Support CCG’s store locations in the procurement of supplier partner collateral and delivery of marketing and product launch collateral
  • Maintain supplies inventory and manage orders for materials used to support marketing campaigns, events and new supplier launches
  • Support the Groups Travel department with activities related to successful development and execution of CCG proprietary tours
  • Participate in systems testing and quality assurance activities related to the development and optimization of CCG’s travel technology platforms
  • Maintain Travel Product and Marketing calendars ensuring training, events and marketing activities are updated consistently
  • Maintain monthly activity plan and progress tracking report
  • Carries out duties such as filing partner reports, contracts, ordering supplies, etc.
  • Ensure CCG policies, procedures and compliance standards are always followed

Who You Are:

  • TICO certified (or able to become certified within six months)
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in the Canadian Travel Industry in a sales, product, or administrative role
  • Completed a post-secondary education program
  • Consummate team player
  • Superior organizational skills, self-confidence and initiative
  • Demonstrated internal/external partner relationship management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
