PCVoyages is currently seeking Customer Support Agent. We need a friendly, professional and patient individual with a caring and empathetic phone presence, who is well-equipped to manage high call volumes and treat confidential information with care and discretion. Successful candidate will be well trained to have a strong understanding of the systems and resources available to callers.

Customer Service Agent Position Qualifications:
You have some previous experience with PcVoyages/TravelWorks additional training will be provided
You are customer service driven, professional and courteous with a positive attitude
You are committed to delivering exceptional customer service with empathy and patience
You are able to work remotely,

You are customer service driven, professional and courteous
You have a positive attitude and outstanding, adaptive communication skills
You are committed to delivering exceptional customer service with empathy and patience
You are skilled at careful listening while being detail oriented
You are able to work remotely with all technology and equipment supplied to you
Spoken/Written French is not necessary, but would be an asset.
