Maritime Travel is seeking a Regional Manager, Branch Operations in Vancouver, BC.
As Regional Manager of Branch Operations the successful candidate will report directly to the President of Retail and be responsible for managing the overall performance of 22 branch teams throughout British Columbia and Alberta with the opportunity of taking on more branch teams as we continue to grow our network.
This position has a people development element based on the needs of team members and enhancements with our internal processes and technology.
The ideal candidate will be based in Vancouver, must be willing to travel and have the following attributes:
• Proven results in leading and developing branch teams
• Comfort with industry systems (i.e. Apollo/Sabre) and ideally agent experience
• Strong communication skills
• Interest in continuous improvement in work processes
• Self manages with strong organizational skills
