We are looking for an experienced sales and travel professional who will be responsible for coordinating vacation and travel packages with clients. This job does not entail prospecting or canvassing unknown clients, but rather taking inbound calls, emails and web inquiries from potential clients with an aim to sell personalized Canadian vacation packages while providing an exceptional service.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Your mission, first and foremost, is to sell Canada as a travel destination, seamlessly co-creating personalized dream vacations with clients from all over the world to experience Canada. You will learn the ins and outs of travel products throughout Canada, establishing yourself as a trusted insider.
Action inbound leads and follow up with clients by phone and email in a timely manner
Act as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations, providing Fresh Tracks legendary hospitality for each trip sold.
Create itineraries, book trip components and advise clients of any travel requirements
Provide consultative customer support services to clients by phone and email
Ensure administrative tasks are completed on client files; tracking all client requests, trip details and pipeline information using our internal systems (Salesforce).
Close sales – achieve monthly, quarterly and team targets
5+ years experience in tourism industry
Minimum 3 years inside sales experience
Well-versed in consultative sales approach
Proven record of meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
Nice to haves:
Previous experience in a mid-upper leisure travel sales environment
Experience with Salesforce
Fluency in a second language (French and/or Spanish)
