PcVoyages is an industry leading technology solution provider for travel agencies and tour operators who is currently seeking a Customer Support/Training Specialist.

Customer Software Training and Support Specialist:

We are in need of a friendly and patient individual with an empathetic phone presence.

The successful candidate will provide PcVoyages/TravelWorks remote support and training in English to our travel agency and tour operator clients.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with PcVoyages / TravelWorks Software is preferred
  • Customer service driven, professional and courteous
  • Familiar with Travel industry accounting
  • Committed to delivering English customer training and support with patience
  • Bilingual in English / French
