Client Services

The successful candidate will need to have a minimum of 1-year experience within the travel/wholesale
industry, possess excellent communication and customer service skills and is an effective team player.

Description of Duties:

➢ Process and resolve customer complaints
➢ Provide destination representatives with necessary information and forms
➢ Front reception office duties/phones
➢ Assist various departments when required
➢ Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
➢ Spanish speaking an asset
➢ TICO certified
