CAA opens new Vaughan storefront with ‘home-inspired’ concept

VAUGHAN, ON — CAA hosted its business partners and local dignitaries at its new Vaughan location, showcasing its latest storefront and providing a fresh look at its ‘home-inspired’ store concept.

The new store is part of CAA’s five-year, $25 million plan to convert its 35 stores to the new ‘home inspired’ concept with the goal of better serving its more than 2.2 million members across Ontario.

CAA plans to complete this conversion program by 2021. The agency chain says the goal is to be in the communities where CAA members live.

The store features dedicated areas for member services, loyalty programs, insurance, retail and travel and is designed to allow members to access CAA’s products and services in a relaxed and inviting setting.

Donald Kaye, Director, Customer Experience Retail, CAA Club Group, who addressed the gathering pointed out that CAA has been in business for over 115 years and was recently named the top most trusted brand in Canada, according to the Gustavson Brand Trust Index released earlier this week.

Also in attendance were the Honourable Maurizio Bevilacqua, Mayor of Vaughan, who welcomed CAA to Vaughan, local MPP Steven Del Duca and several local council members.
