MISSISSAUGA — TICO has announced new charges against two travel agents, both operating in Toronto.
Chantel Blackwood has been charged by TICO with one count of operating as a travel agent without registration, contrary to the Travel Industry Act, 2002. Her first court appearance is scheduled for July 26 at the Ontario Court of Justice, Provincial Offences Court in Toronto.
Yves Gildas Emolo Morrisson has also been charged with one count of operating as a travel agent without registration. He will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice, also on July 26.
