Trafalgar’s 2017 Family Experiences program includes new South Africa tour

TORONTO – Trafalgar has pegged South Africa as the hot new destination for families in 2017 in its newly enhanced Family Experiences program.

Spanning three continents, each of the program’s nine itineraries have been tailored to suit the entire family, featuring enriching experiences that include island hopping in Greece and cowboy adventures in America’s Wild West.

New for 2017 is the 13-day ‘South African Adventure’, a guided vacation that includes everything from animal spotting in Kruger National Park to meeting local children in a Cape Town township. In Port Elizabeth, families will also be welcomed with a traditional ‘braai’ during an authentic Be My Guest experience.

Next year’s program also includes existing family favourites like the 10-day ‘Castles and Kilts’ itinerary, which journeys from England to Scotland, the ‘Monkeys, Jungles and Volcanoes’ Costa Rican escapade, and the all-American ‘Wild West, Cowboys and Buffalos’ adventure.

“We know that family time is precious so that’s why we designed our Family Experiences program to suit all ages with experiences that are fun, educational and memorable,” says Wolf Paunic, president of Trafalgar Canada. “From glorious game reserves on a South African Adventure to sleeping in a Castle in Wales to an exhilarating zip-lining adventure through treetops in Costa Rica, Trafalgar has everything taken care of ensuring a hassle-free vacation complete with fun learning experiences, hand-picked accommodation, VIP entry into many sights and unforgettable Insider Experiences included on every trip.”

Clients can save up to 10% across Trafalgar’s Family Experiences program with Early Payment Discounts of up to $1,525 per couple available when they book and pay in full before Jan. 12, 2017.
