MISSISSAUGA — TICO has charged Derrell Caprietta with one count of operating as a travel agent without being registered, contrary to the Travel Industry Act, 2002.

Caprietta operated in Toronto. His first court appearance is scheduled for Oct. 4, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. at 60 Queen St., Toronto.
