MONTREAL — Every booking of a Transat product made by midnight tonight automatically earns travel agents a chance to win one of the three trips for two that will be drawn at random in Quebec, in the Ontario-Atlantic region and in Western Canada. The one-day promotion is part of Transat’s ongoing 30th anniversary celebrations.

The three winners will get a holiday package for two, including Air Transat flights in economy class and a one-week, all-inclusive stay at one Dreams Dominicus La Romana in Dominican Republic and Dreams Sands Cancún Resort & Spa or Secrets Capri Riviera Cancún, both in Mexico.

There’s no need to register; contest entry is automatic as soon as a consultant sells a Transat flight, package, or cruise today, June 5.

Two other travel agents per region who book a Transat product today will be selected at random to earn $30 in Bonbon rewards. The names of the winners will be announced in the coming days.

Transat’s Surprise Dates tracks important dates in Transat’s corporate history over the past three decades. On June 5, 2014, as a result of its corporate responsibility initiatives, Transat became the sole tour operator to be ranked among the 20 best corporate citizens in Canada. Transat made the Top 20 list again in 2015 and 2016, remaining the only tour operator on it. The distinction, conferred by Corporate Knights, annually recognizes organizations that stand apart for their social engagement, environmental management and governance performance. In a few days Transat will find out if it will make the list again for 2017.
