Every captain needs a first mate. And at Virgin Voyages, the adults-only cruise line set to debut in 2020, its second-in-command will be none other than travel agents.
GRAND ANSE BEACH, GRENADA – As a big ‘thank you’ to travel agents, Grenada’s all-inclusive Spice Island Beach Resort is increasing agent commissions to 15%.
The offer applies to all reservations booked directly with the property or through GDS. Travel agents can book directly by calling 1-800-501-8603, (473) 444-4258, or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
The move reflects Spice Island’s gratitude to its “loyal retail ambassadors” who recommend the premiere property to clients seeking independent luxury resort accommodations.
“While providing unforgettable experiences for our guests is our primary focus, we must not overlook how our guests arrived at Spice Island Beach Resort,” said Royston Hopkin, chairman and managing director. “The increased commission is our way of thanking those who continuously recommend our superior accommodations and exceptional service to clients.”
All suites at Spice Island Beach Resort are air-conditioned and outfitted with five-star amenities, including a large whirlpool, LCD flat panel television with cable, Italian Frette bathrobes and linens, minibar, coffee/tee facility, toaster, chaise lounges and patio or balcony.
