TORONTO – Miro Brcic and Sacred Rides Mountain Bike Holidays Inc. were each charged with one count of operating as a travel agent without registration contrary to section 4(1)(a) of the Travel Industry Act, 2002 (the Act).
Brcic is an owner and director of Sacred Rides Mountain Bike Holidays Inc., which operated in Toronto and elsewhere in Ontario despite never registering as travel agents under the Act.
The first court appearance in this matter is scheduled for March 24 at the Ontario Court of Justice, Provincial Offences Court in Toronto.
