MELBOURNE, Australia — Flinders Street in Melbourne has become home to what has to be the world’s most expensive trailer park.

The park is called NOTEL and sits on the top level of a three-story car park and is comprised of six airstream caravans imported from Santa Barbara. The Herald Sun in Australia reported that the caravans cost $70,000 each and were retrofitted with luxury interiors.

The idea came to the owner of the car park after having drinks on the roof with friends. After two years of work, the new accommodations opened last week with a VIP launch.

A stay at the trailer park runs $389 to $434 per night, with a premium suite equipped with a spa on offer.
