Manulife offers national coaching/training initiatives, both with the use of Manuversity (the online learning portal, pre-recorded and live webinars) and face-to-face engagement. Manuversity – E-Learning
Manulife offers its very own online learning platform called ‘Manuversity’ to help support our training efforts. This innovative, user-friendly tool consists of many informative modules, making it much easier for travel agents to learn about the features and benefits of travel insurance at their own pace and at a time that is convenient for them. After successful completion of Manuversity, confidence in the product will increase, which will help in closing more sales. The modules offered could also satisfy continuing education requirements where applicable.
Manulife offers exclusive 20-minute and 1-hour training webinars nationally in both English and French. The webinars focus on product and sales training and offer continuing education credits where applicable. The webinars are hosted by our Business Development Managers (BDM’S) across Canada, and are offered at different times throughout the day to promote maximum participation.
Manulife’s BDM team office visits include new hire training sessions, product refresher training, sales training including sales tips along with covering processes and procedures. For agent training we will customize our focus based on the needs of the agent/agency and provide relevant sales tools. These tools include scenarios, sales tips, claims experience and features and benefits of their products.
Lunch & Learns
Manulife offers Lunch and Learn training sessions focused on product and sales content. During the last two years Manulife had conducted exclusive Lunch & Learn Training sessions in major cities, and the overall feedback was extremely positive based on all compiled survey results.
