Luxury Gold’s 2020 collection has more than 50 immersive journeys

TORONTO — Luxury Gold has launched its brand new 2020 worldwide collection.

The 2020 collection comes as Luxury Gold’s parent company, The Travel Corporation, celebrates “100 years of extraordinary travel”.

The brand will continue to honour the Tollman family’s four generation legacy by making travel matter through their Luxury Gold Caress initiatives. This includes a new five-day ME to WE journey extension in the Ecuadorian Amazon.

Luxuy Gold’s 2020 worldwide collection offers various itineraries including both guided and independent exploration to Europe, Africa, North & South America, Asia, India and Australia and New Zealand.

Three new itineraries include Elegance of the Pharaohs, Art, Culture & Cuisine of Colombia and Vibrant Eastern Canada & the USA.

Here’s a look at the year ahead for Luxury Gold, including both new journeys and new experiences …

NEW JOURNEY
Elegance of the Pharaohs is a 10-day itinerary taking clients to Cairo where they will stay at the five-star Mena House Hotel with guaranteed Pyramid-view rooms. Highlights will include, venturing inside the Great Pyramids to admire the Great Sphinx, travelling to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Luxor to embark on a five-day cruise on the Nile River aboard the River Tosca, and meeting a local family in their traditional dwelling in a Nubian village.

NEW JOURNEY
Art, Culture & Cuisine of Colombia is a 10-day trip where guests get exclusive VIP Experiences, including private visits to the Gold Museum and the Zipaquirá Salt Cathedral when they are closed to the public. In Bogotá travellers will explore the culinary scene through the local markets including Paloquemao Market with Chef Sofia Gaviria. In addition, they will enjoy an Exceptional dining experience as they meet Chef Jorge Escandon at his culinary hotspot La Cevicheria.

NEW EXPERIENCE
‘The Chairman’s Collection Experience – Count Richard de Warren’ will be offered as part of the 10-day French Vogue journey personally curated by TTC’s Chairman Stanley Tollman. Highlights of the experience include the opportunity to meet Count Richard de Warren, a direct descendent of the Sommier family who will recall personal stories about the history of his aristocratic family. Clients will be invited to his mansion that has been transformed into a luxury boutique hotel to enjoy a traditional Parisian meal.
