You know you have a new hotel when you’re given a hard hat at the start of the tour. The soon-to-open Hotel Amapa will be a 54-room property in a prime location in the Romantic Zone. The owner is looking to create a community atmosphere by taking the TVs out of the rooms and encouraging guests to go to the rooftop bar & pool or the lobby lounge.
