Gateways International releases 2017 Latin America brochure

RICHMOND HILL — Gateways International Tailor‐made Tours has launched its new 2017 Latin America brochure featuring a variety of new specialty programs.

In Argentina, Gateways International’s best‐selling Authentic Argentina combines the European influence of Buenos Aires with majestic natural beauty in Patagonia, including the Perito Moreno Glacier and Estancia Cristina. New for 2017 is the historic Correntoso Lake and River Hotel in Villa la Angostura, a Small Luxury Hotel of the World in Argentina’s Lake District.

Meanwhile Chile continues to top the list of best places to travel for 2017, offering great contrasts in landscapes and experiences. LATAM now offers nonstop flights to Puerto Natales from Santiago, making it easier to access luxury hotels such as The Singular Patagonia.

New this year, Gateways International has introduced the Tren Ecuador Luxury Train Experience. Clients can travel from Quito to Guayaquil on a four‐day journey aboard the modern, electric‐diesel and restored antique steam locomotive while staying in countryside hotels and haciendas along the way.

New for 2017, Gateways International has also introduced Archaeological Peru, taking passengers from Lima to Trujillo, onto Chiclayo and concluding with epic Machu Picchu and Sacred Valley.

Launching in May 2017, Peru’s first luxury sleeper train will be available for an “exceptional Peruvian experience”, says Director, Marketing & Operations, Talia May. The Belmond Andean Explorer will journey from Cuzco to Arequipa.

Destinations in Central America continue to be one of Gateways International’s best‐selling products. “From Costa Rica to Panama and Belize, there is something to suit all budgets and levels of adventure and exploration,” says May. “Best of Nicaragua features a stunning country, gaining in popularity due to its unspoiled biodiversity including lakes and volcanoes.”

As always, for travellers taking cruises touring South America, Gateways International offers pre‐ and post-cruise itineraries including hotel accommodations, private transfer and unique touring experiences to and from all port cities.

Gateways International’s new 2017 Latin America brochure is available for order through Envoy and can be viewed online at gateways‐international.com.
