Blue-Roads Touring takes on U.S.A. with 7 new itineraries

Friday, June 7, 2019

TORONTO — Small group touring expert Blue-Roads Touring has announced new tours to North America, with seven itineraries on offer for 2020 travel.

The new North America tours explore California, New England, the Southwest, Mid-Atlantic and Deep South.

Details of all seven North America tours can be found at blueroadstouring.com/tours/north-america.

The company says its move into the U.S. follows “overwhelming positive customer feedback” from Blue-Roads Touring’s expansion into Asia in 2018, and the increasing popularity of its UK and Europe tours.

The new itineraries include Classic California Coast, A Taste of Northern California, Canyons of the Southwest, Heart of the Deep South, Historic America: Freedom and the Civil War, and Charming New England.

Back-Roads says each tour focuses on exploring the lesser-known side of each destination, inviting guests to see towns, cities and villages through the eyes of the locals.

Blue-Roads Touring General Manager-Global Sales, David Gendle, says he’s thrilled to bring Blue-Roads Touring’s U.S. offering to the market.

“We know mature travellers have an interest in exploring the US in a small group setting, so we’re excited to offer the opportunity to do so with a company they know and trust.

“Our tours provide the perfect combination of trusted tour guides, unique experiences and opportunities to explore destinations at leisure, offering both our loyal and new customers an experience of a lifetime that they’re sure to love.”

Highlights of the new tours include a journey on the historic Mt Washington Cog Railway, food tours of New Orleans’ iconic French Quarter, and walking in the footsteps of the soldiers who served in the American Civil War at the Gettysburg Battlefield. Each day finishes with hand-picked accommodation loaded with character and local charm, says Gendle.

“Each experience has been carefully curated based on customer and agent feedback, our most popular experiences on other Blue-Roads tours and the desire to explore North America at a deeper level; showcasing quintessential North American cuisines, cultures and architectural wonders,” he adds.

“Our experienced guides will help turn your trip to North America into something extraordinary and unexpected, leaving you with unforgettable memories to cherish forever.
