Air Canada Vacations makes commission changes on air-only bookings

MONTREAL — Air Canada Vacations is aligning its leisure sales structure with Air Canada’s and is changing its current compensation on air-only bookings as a result.

Effective April 1 for all travel agencies, all air-only bookings with ACV will become non-commissionable.

All air-only bookings with ACV will be reported to Air Canada and agencies will be compensated according to their existing program with AC Sales.

Agents may mark up air-only bookings up to $50 per passenger. A 4% credit card fee will be applied for amounts over $50. There is no minimum mark up required.
