  • Manage ticketing process, procedures & systems
  • Supervising & scheduling team of Ticketing Agents in Canada
  • Lead quality assurance for ticketing team; error & ADM reduction
  • Support Sales & Financial reconciliations
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation continuously
  • Manage refunds & invoicing process
  • Revenue generation through conversions
  • Resolve internal & customer escalations
  • Process reporting & monthly performance dashboards
  • Mentor team members to take on additional responsibilities / role

Min Job Requirements:

  • Total of 4 to 7 years of travel industry experience, in B2B ticketing will be added advantage
  • GDS Expert, preferably 2 (Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo)
  • Process focused, able to validate/document end-to-end process and assess impact of ticketing downstream
  • Sound understanding of itineraries and fare calculation
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal both (English)
  • Ability to multi-task and work cohesively with teams in virtual locations
  • Strong ownership of tasks assigned, can work under minimum to moderate supervision
  • Expert in MS office
  • Flexible with shifts; 8.5 hour shifts between 9AM to 8PM on Weekdays; occasional weekend support might be required depending on business need
