TAP Air Portugal is tapping into the North American market, with a new Toronto-Lisbon flight that launched June 10. Toronto is the carrier’s fifth gateway in North America and the only in Canada. The carrier is undergoing a massive fleet renewal project, as well as offering an extensive network of connections in Europe and Africa, new fare products, a stopover program and a revamped executive lounge in Lisbon.
TAP Air Portugal took passengers back to the 1970s on a ‘retro flight’ from Lisbon to Miami on Aug. 11, to spread the word about the carrier’s offerings in North America.
