4) Zipolite
Hugging a lovely stretch of beach along the Pacific Coast, Zipolite is a great place to chill on a hammock with a cold cerveza. Here, we woke up bright and early (well, maybe not so bright) for a deep-sea fishing expedition. While we didn’t have any luck catching anything, we did spot dolphins and a sea turtle. Later, we enjoyed what the region is known for: ceviche, prepared Mexican coastal-style.
