What stinks? Man found with carry-on filled with moose poop

JUNEAU — If you think you’re having a sh*tty day, just wait until you hear about this guy.

A male passenger at the Juneau International Airport in Alaska was recently found with moose poop inside his carry-on bag.

Not just a single hunk o’ poop either. We’re talkin’ about a sh*tload of moose nuggets in a plastic bag.

According to KTOO Public Media, the man told TSA agents that he collects droppings as gifts “for politicians and their bleep policies.”

Agents took a snap of the bag and posted it on Instagram to prove that “Mondays can really stink.” They also went on to say that though TSA has no policies that would prevent passengers from travelling with a bag of “animal poo” (really?!), several carriers have rules in place “to avoid smelly situations aboard their planes.”

Mondays can really stink. After a weekend of relaxation, the first day back at work can be hard to deal with. Here’s a nugget of wisdom to help get you through the day: “Monday is the day where the slate from the previous week is wiped clean; It is a day of new beginnings.” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Our team at Juneau International Airport (JNU) recently dealt with “nuggets” of a different variety when examining a passenger’s carry-on bag. Upon inspection, a large organic mass turned out to be a bag of moose nuggets (or feces, droppings, excrements, etc.) that the passenger was taking home from their Alaskan adventure. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ While TSA has no policies that would prevent you from traveling with a bag of animal poo, we would strongly suggest that you check with your airline on their policies. Several carriers do have rules in place to avoid smelly situations aboard their planes. Besides, having to leave your souvenirs behind would really stink. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #travel #traveling #traveltips #aviationlife #Juneau #Alaska #OnlyInAlaska

The post, which has garnered nearly 15,000 likes, has prompted tons of hilarious responses. @vintagewise wrote: “I love my Alaskan moose but not THAT much”, while @ploptoken added: “butt butt butt WHY!?!?!?!”

@jlhernandez123 did one better, saying: This is a vegan meal”. But our favourite response by far came courtesy of @lindakjohn316, who dropped the mic with this golden nugget: “he should have said it was his Emotional Support Sh*t.”
