Vision Travel debuts new offices in Vancouver and Edmonton

VANCOUVER — Vision Travel has unveiled its newly renovated digs in both Vancouver’s Yaletown and Edmonton, with two open houses that brought together clients, partners and independent travel advisors.

The Vancouver event, which was also attended by Vision Travel’s entire leadership team, was celebrated the company’s growth within the Vancouver market.

During the festivities, Air Canada presented Brian Robertson, president of the Canada West region of Vision Travel, a Direct Travel Company, with a Circle of Excellence plaque in recognition of the “exceptional” partnership between the two companies.

The open houses come on the heels of two recent Virtuoso events in Vancouver and Toronto, where Vision Travel was front and centre.

Lynda Sinclair, senior vice-president of leisure travel for Vision Travel, said that the luxury sector is the key to the company’s success.

“These shows featured a tremendous mix of suppliers and proved an excellent opportunity for our advisors to network and learn. In fact, one of the independent travel advisors that recently joined us was able to source an On Site to fulfill a client request with the special Virtuoso touch that sets us apart.”

Joelle Goldman, director US & Canada for global member partnerships at Virtuoso, added: “Vision travel advisors truly understand what we are all about and have given us first-rate support from the beginning. As a result, we have a special partnership with Vision Travel, which is one of the largest Canadian Virtuoso member agency groups.”
